There are lots of opportunites to make a difference to someone's life and to your own,  Our volunteers provide face to face practical and emotional support to people with Cystic Fibrosis.

Support/Advocacy

Provide practical help at home and support with official systems.

Help to maximise income and access financial assistance.

Represent at official forums e.g. CF related benefits appeals.

Befriending and Mentoring

An opportunity to share interests and social activites.

Regular contact to offer support and explore concerns.

Help to develop life skills and build self confidence.

Massage

Provide massage therapy to adults in hospital.

Improve physical comfort and help relieve pressure.

Additional social contact.
