Volunteer Opportunities

Would you like to volunteer for The Butterfly Trust?
 
These are some of the volunteer roles we currently have available.

Volunteer Support Workers
  • Provide support to families affected by cystic fibrosis.
  • Provide information and advice to families about the Trust and other relevant services available to them.
  • Provide advocacy to access services, benefits and other areas of difficulty.

Volunteer Youth Befrienders (Cool Friends)

  • A friend to share interests and encourage aspirations.
  • A mentor to offer support and discuss concerns.
  • Someone to share in social activites.

Volunteer Massage Therapists

  Volunteer Administration/Promotional Assistants

  • Help in our Head Office with general administration /promotion of the Trust.
  • Help arranging promotional talks.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries.

  Volunteer Fundraisers
  • Someone to come into our Head Office and assist with fundriasing activities.
  • Help arranging fundraising events and raffles.
  • Find locations for collection tins and pin badges
  • Find other ways of securing income for the Trust.

Volunteer Fundraising Collectors
  • Enthusiastic people to stand at supermarkets and football stadiums with collection buckets.
